How to loose weight fast after a c-section?
i had a c-section about a month ago and I gained about 30 pounds of which i lost 10 pounds rite after the delivery. But my breasts are 38B and looks big. Im formula feeding my baby. So i would like to know how fast can I loose weight on my thighs, butt and chest as well as my stomach is kinda saggy since the surgery n e ideas how to loose that? I need to loose atleast 20 pounds by 1st of March? Also I will be taking the first YAZ Birth Control Pill tom Sunday so can I have unprotected sex or do I need protection also while on YAZ can i Breast-feed or no its not safe? ALso im taking Fish Oil, prenatal Vitmains and low-dose aspirin to lower my cholesterol which elevated during pregnancy so is YAZ safe to take with those three medications? Thanks!
breast feeding alone (i mean without formula supplementing) would’ve taken your weight off the fastest and it also would’ve been the very best very healthiest start for your child. 1 year for your child’s life. use condoms. just 1 year. processed foods are terrible for us. and thats what formula is. sorry, i just don’t get it.
