HELP!!! Parents can you give a 3yr old fish oil?

Since my daughter was born she always had constipation problems. Once I took her to the emergency hospital because she had approx 4 days without a vowel movement. I also suffer from constipation but that’s only because I eat crappy food. I recently started taking krill oil (new source of omega) and it helps me a lot.
Can i give her Fish oil? I am the type of person that prefers natural remedies, I don’t even take advil for a headache unless it’s really bad.
My poor kid suffers from constipation on a daily basis, I give her fruits and vegetables. I try to make her drink more water but she dislikes drinking any and I know that’s the main problem. Help, I am a little desperate since it’s been 3 years and her vowel movements still look like coco puffs.

i would think it would be ok, just be careful on the amount that you give her… maybe do a little research on the internet about it…
i had a hard time getting my son to drink water as well, so i just dilute his juices 1/2 with water… he is almost three now, and drinks water fine, but i still dilute his juice…
